Once approved, you will have an opportunity to purchase samples at regular 50% discount for testing, before committing to a larger minimum order. Cost of those samples will be applied as a credit to your first order. Requests can be made by emailing to email@example.com.
All domestic purchases over $250 are shipped via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, Signature Requirement, and Insurance (if requested). If your order is damaged en route, please keep all packaging materials until USPS inspects the shipment. This will ensure a full refund on damaged items.
OPENING ORDER MINIMUM
Opening minimum order is $300, with minimum 6 units per each sku. Base wholesale discount is 50%. Larger discounts might be available for large orders and reviewed on case by case basis.
There is no required dollar amount on re-orders, however the order must include a quantity of at least 3 items per sku.
PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS
We accept all domestic payments by all major credit cards through Paypal. International orders have to be paid by TT directly to our Bank account. All payments have to be made and clear before shipping of goods. NET 30 day privileges are not offered at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND BACK ORDERS
Most domestic orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has been received. We make every effort to have our products you need in stock. However, in order to provide you with the freshest products possible, we do not stock large volumes and back orders may occur. We will always provide you with an approximate date of shipment. Deliveries for International orders vary and can take 2-4 weeks and sometimes longer, depending on time spent at customs.
All orders are shipped by USPS, unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to the invoice.
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify Sweetsation Therapy and/or the courier. USPS will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Sweetsation Therapy will immediately send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client. If client does not keep the original shipping carton, the client will be responsible for shipping charges.
Sweetsation Therapy only accepts returns of damaged or defective products. Contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization. Approved returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client's Sweetsation Therapy account.
Returns on expired products are not accepted. Most products have a minimum of 2 year shelf life.
REQUIRED CONDITION OF STORAGE
Sweetsation Therapy requires the storage of all Sweetsation Therapy/Skin QR Organics products in a climate controlled environment (5-25 degrees C, 40-75 degrees F), away from direct sun light. Containers must be tightly closed.
We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price changes. However, due to frequent increases in organic pricing and raw ingredients, Sweetsation Therapy prices are subject to change without notice.
RESTRICTIONS: Sales of Sweetsation Therapy products on 3rd party websites that you don't own are strictly prohibited. Any sales locations not mentioned on wholesale application have to be pre-approved.
Our products cannot be sold in countries where animal testing IS required.
MAINTAINING YOUR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
Once you apply and your wholesale account has been opened, you must place an order within 30 days. To maintain your account in active status, you must place at least 2 orders per year. Accounts that have been opened but inactive for 9 months will be closed.
